THE VW T7 - THE NEWEST VW TRANSPORTER VAN AT A GLANCE

The new VW T7 marks a bold evolution in VW’s iconic van line. For the first time, the VW Transporter T7 is built on the Ford Transit Custom platform. This shift brings tangible benefits in ride comfort, cargo capacity, and on-road refinement.

But what’s under the bonnet? Drivers will be able to choose from diesel, plug-in hybrid (PHEV), or fully electric powertrains, which is a first for this model.

Standard models include SWB and LWB versions, with increased load volume (up to 9?m³ on high-roof LWB models) and impressive payload capacity (~1,330?kg), plus a 2.8-tonne towing rating.
